Barry Fingerhut is the Chairman of Covenant Learning Solutions. In this capacity, he helps with shaping strategy, business relationships and customer acquisition for the company. In addition, Barry Fingerhut is also the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder of Certification Partners LLC, the creator of CIW (Certified Internet Web Professional) and ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Both certification programs are vendor-neutral educational curricula and certifications for building skills and careers within the emerging markets of Information Technology and Web Technologies.

Ann Marshall is Vice President of Operations of Covenant Learning Solutions, LLC. Ann has been successfully leading global initiatives and transformative teams for over 25 years across numerous disciplines including business strategy, operations improvement, social impact, IT systems development and supply chain initiatives. She is committed to helping individuals build the skills to enable them to succeed in a future ready digital environment and is responsible for driving consistent and efficient execution of CLS’s global strategy. She holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
